Study — bald cypress
PerformanceStorytelling & Spoken Word
The Leakey Players are a pop-up theater company drawn from the high-school drama club, the volunteer fire department, and one retired Broadway stagehand who married into the county. Each year they stage a piece of local history — this year, the great flood of 1932 — performed in the round, with the audience as the rising water.
They appear without warning. Follow the bell.
